Cancellation & Refund Policy

Trendik believes in helping its customers as far as possible and follows a liberal cancellation policy.

Cancellations are accepted only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. If the order has already been shared with vendors or the shipping process has started, the cancellation may not be accepted.

Trendik does not accept cancellations for perishable items such as flowers or food. Refunds or replacements are possible only if the customer proves that the delivered product is of poor quality.

If you receive damaged or defective items, report it to our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery. The request will be processed after the merchant verifies the issue.

If the product received is not as shown on the website or not as expected, inform Customer Service within 7 days. After reviewing your complaint, the team will decide the next steps.

For products covered by a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.

If a refund is approved by Trendik, it will take 6–8 days to process to the customer.
